ORDER PROBLEMS/ISSUES

All Sales are final, no returns or refunds.

Bow Art Canada limits its liabilities to replacement of defective goods only. No credit or remake of goods will take place until original product is returned. We reserve the right to provide credit for future orders on any credit notes issued. Returns and replacement of goods are shipped at the customer’s expense.

If there is a problem with the product, e-mail info@bowartcanada.com with photos attached that show the issue. All problem orders will go through an internal investigation. No resolution will be given until the investigation is complete.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancelled orders must be accompanied by a formal letter and must be approved by Bow Art Canada to be considered a valid cancellation. Phone cancellations are NOT acceptable. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after order is received. Orders cancelled during production will be charged a $75 plus billed for any already completed work accordingly. Bow Art Canada has sole discretion as to these cancellation charges. We reserve the right to refuse any order at any time for whatever reason we see fit.
